| 摘 要： | 在实际加工轴类零件过程中,经常会遇到形状复杂、加工难度大、精度要求高的零件,运用传统的加工方法难以达到零件的要求。通过在数控车编程过程中巧妙使用一些复合循环指令,并结合实例详解了复合循环指令在实际编程与加工中的应用,提高了工作效率,从而更好地完成了零件的加工。

| Abstract: | Some complex shaft parts are often encountered in actual production and processing in CNC.Traditional processing methods can not meet the requirements of parts,which are high precision and are difficult to manufacture.This paper describes the process in the programming of CNC using some clever processing of these components compound-cycle instructions,in order to simplify the complexity of programming,improve work efficiency and better complete machining. |
