基于LabVIEW的便携式动平衡仪的研究

摘    要:针对目前便携式动平衡仪存在的对诊断信息不能充分利用,对故障类型判断准确率不高。探讨了频谱分析法在现场动平衡检测中的优缺点,运用全息谱技术原理及影响系数法设计了基于LabVIEW的虚拟动平衡仪,通过对现场采集故障信号的分析和处理及对转子进行单面动平衡,证明全息谱技术将成为便携式动平衡仪进行故障诊断的有力工具。

Study of Portable Dynamic Balancing Instrument Based on LabVIEW
Abstract:According to diagnostic information can not be fully used and the accuracy of the fault type judynament was not high with the present portable dynamic balance instrument.The paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of spectrum analysis in the detection of dynamic balance and designed virtual dynamic balancing instrument based on the LabVIEW using holospectrum technology principle and method.By means of the analysis and disposal of comparison of the acquisition fault signal balancing rotor by single-side,prove that holographic spectrum technology will become a powerful tool of the portable dynamic balancing instrument.
