摘 要: | 在简单介绍了三曲柄单环减速器的主要结构及其基本工作原理的基础上,以SolidWorks为支撑平台,利用SolidWorks软件对三曲柄单环减速器的各主要零部件进行了三维实体建模及整机虚拟装配,从而以此来检验前面设计中各主要参数计算的正确性。最后利用SolidWorks simula-tion插件进行有限元分析,得到了减速器中的关键部件—环板的应力、位移分布图,为环板的设计提供了有力的依据。

3D Modeling and Motion Simulation of Three Cranks and One Ring Reducer Based on SolidWorks Finite Element Analysis of Ring Board |

Abstract: | On the basis of introduction of structure and principle of three crank one ring reducer,3D modeling and motion simulation are carried out based on the SolidWorks,which is in order to test main parameters calculated above accuracy or not.By using SolidWorks simulation in finite element analysis,the stress and displacement distribution of ring board key link of reducer is got,which is helpful for designing the ring board. |
