摘 要: | 针对带式输送机工作过程中输送带垂度测量的需求,设计了输送带垂度测量系统的系统架构,研制了基于激光位移传感器的输送带垂度动态测量系统,对该系统下位机硬件和软件、上位机软件及通信协议进行了具体设计开发。实际测试结果表明所研制的基于激光位移传感器的输送带垂度动态测量系统能够满足带式输送机工作过程中输送带垂度高精度动态测量的实际要求。

Application Research on Laser Displacement Sensor in Belt Sag Measurement System |

Abstract: | According to the belt conveyor belt sag measurement requirements during working,the system architecture of the belt sag measurement system is presented.Then the belt sag dynamic measurement system based on laser displacement sensor is developed,including hardware,software and communication protocol design.The actual test results show that the developed belt sag dynamic measurement system based on laser displacement sensor can satisfy the high and precise requirements of belt sag dynamic measurement when the belt conveyor operating. |
