基于AMESim的某型车辆稳定千斤顶仿真研究

摘    要:阐述了某型车辆稳定千斤顶结构及工作原理。基于AMESim建立了稳定千斤顶仿真模型,并在某车辆液压系统解锁回路及调平回路仿真模型上进行了仿真及分析。仿真结果证明该仿真模型可以较好地模拟稳定千斤顶的工作情况,千斤顶密封失效对内缸筒运动基本没有影响,但对外缸筒运动有很大影响;稳定锁密封失效对内外缸筒的动作均有严重影响。

Simulation for Jack of Certain Vehicle Based on AMESim
Abstract:The structure and working principle of a certain vehicle was expatiated.The model of jack was built and verified.The simulation result shows that the model of jack is feasible.Some defects of the hydraulic system were appeared according to analysis of the curves: the failure of seal almost has no influence on move of the external cylinder and has important influence of the within cylinder,the failure of seal has influence both on the external cylinder and the within cylinder.
