刮板输送机圆环链的疲劳寿命有限元分析

摘    要:圆环链经过闪光对焊后弹性模量会发生改变,通过实验测得焊接处不同影响区的弹性模量后针对焊接处进行有限元分析。先在UG中建立圆环链及焊接处的模型,然后导入ANSYS中建立有限元模型并计算。最后利用FE-SAFE进行圆环链的疲劳寿命计算,并与实际断裂的圆环链进行比较分析,为以后圆环链的疲劳寿命分析和结构优化设计提供一定依据。

Fatigue Life Analysis of Round-linked Chains of Scraper Conveyors Based on FEM
Abstract:Elastic modulus of round-linked chains will change after flash butt welding.The different results of elastic modulus can be measured by experiments.Then the finite element analysis of welding areas can be carried on.A simplified model of round-linked chains is established by using the three dimensional software UG,then it is imported to ANSYS software to establish a finite element model.By using the FE-SAFE software,it gets the fatigue life calculation and provides comparative analysis of practical fracture of round-linked chains,it also provides a basis for the fatigue life analysis and structural optimization design of round-linked chains.
