煤矿主风机故障监控系统的设计

摘    要:介绍了一种煤矿主风机故障监控系统,该系统配合各种传感器和外部电路,自动监控煤矿井下通风的各项指标,实现风机开机、停机、风量调节、电机检测和综合保护的全面智能化,并实现集中和远程监控,提高了井下安全生产的可靠性,避免因通风不良造成煤矿瓦斯爆炸的可能性。

Design of Faults Monitoring System for Main Fan in Coal Mine
Abstract:A kind of faults monitoring system for main fan in coal mine is proposed.It coordinates kinds of sensors and outside circuit it can realize comprehensive intellectualization of coal mine ventilation monitoring,included ventilator starting,engine off,air volume regulation,electric machine examination and synthesis protection.And realize centralized and long-distance monitoring.The system realized coal mine monitoring automation.It enhanced reliability of mine production safety and avoided possibility of coal mine gas explosion caused by ventilating.
