| 摘 要： | 介绍了终端电阻、未使用标准电缆、传输速率与距离、屏蔽与接地、电缆布线等影响ROFIBUS现场总线性能的各种因素。详细阐述了如何利用BT200工具进行硬件检测,以及ProfiCoach、ProfiTrace和STEP 7软件诊断总线上站点的各种故障,最后给出了一个应用实例,并进行了报文数据分析。该套适用于PROFIBUS网络故障的诊断方案可为PROFIBUS-DP控制系统的实际工程应用提供理论和方法。

| Abstract: | The various affective factors on PROFIBUS field bus performance were introduced including terminator,not using standard cable,transmission rate and length,shield and grounding,cable wiring and etc.how to realize hardware detection by using BT200 instrument,and diagnosis various fault of bus station by adopting ProfiCoach、ProfiTrace and STEP 7 software was described.Moreover,a application example was gave and protocol data was analysised.A set of diagnose idea for PROFIBUS network fault has been summarized.The results will offer theory and method reference to actual project application of PROFIBUS-DP control system. |
