乳化液泵变频与电磁卸载智能联动控制研究

摘    要:讨论了乳化液泵变频控制技术与电磁卸载控制技术的优势和不足,提出了变频与电磁卸载智能联动控制技术。分析了乳化液泵启动、加载、卸载几种状态下的控制需求,针对控制需求提出了对应的控制方法。煤矿生产中的应用效果证明,变频与电磁卸载智能联动控制技术能够在提高乳化液泵的供液效率的同时降低能量消耗。

Research on Intelligent Linkage Control Technology between Variable Frequency and Electronic Unloading of Emulsion Pump
Abstract:By discussing advantages and disadvantages of variable frequency control and electronic unloading technology,intelligent linkage control between variable frequency and electronic unloading of emulsion pump is proposed.Control requirements of different work state of emulsion pump are analyzed,then control methods for these requirements are put forward.The application results show that intelligent linkage control technology between variable frequency and electronic unloading can improve fluid supply speed and reduce energy consumption of emulsion pump.
