| 摘 要： | 对谐波齿轮中的波发生器和柔轮进行Pro/E三维建模,利用有限元软件ANSYS对模型进行分析。运用MATLAB软件,分别做出过盈量—最大应力和过盈量—变形量特性曲线。通过分析得到了柔轮-波发生器在最小过盈量的前提下,过盈量越小,柔轮的最大应力和变形量越小,寿命越长。为后续谐波齿轮的研究提供一定的参考。

Analysis of Stress of Short Cylindrical Flexible Gear Based on ANSYS |

| Abstract: | Harmonic gear the wave generator and flexible gear for the Pro/E of 3D modeling,the finite element software ANSYS to model analysis.Using MATLAB software,were made surplus quantity-the greatest stress and the surplus quantity-deformation characteristic curve.Through the analysis of the flexible gear-get the wave generator minimum interference in the amount of premise,the surplus quantity is smaller,the maximum stress and deformation of flexible gear is smaller,life is long.For the subsequent harmonic gear research to provide certain reference. |
