| 摘 要： | 针对传统设计对带式输送机托辊架不能进行应力精确计算问题,用有限元分析软件对带式输送机托辊架进行了有限元分析。结果表明,托辊架的最大应力出现在横梁与侧板相焊接的部位,为带式输送机托辊架的设计提供了参考。

Finite Element Analysis for Idler Frame on Belt Conveyor |

| Abstract: | The finite element analysis of idler frame of belt conveyor is made as the stress of idler frame of belt conveyor can not be calculated accurately by means of the traditional design method.The calculating results of the example indicate that the maximum stress of idler frame is at the welded seam between the cross beam and the side plate,providing a favorable theoretical evidence for the idler frame design. |
