基于FCS的煤矿井下电机车运输监控系统的研究与应用

摘    要:煤矿井下电机车的运输调度主要采用"信集闭系统"。在探讨"信集闭"技术应用与发展的基础上,提出了一种基于FCS的新型煤矿井下电机车运输监控系统。该系统采用三菱Q系列PLC和CC-Link现场总线技术,实现了电机车运输的实时监控和自动调度。该系统在宜宾杉木树煤矿得到了成功应用,有效避免了井下电机车运输事故的发生,提高了运输效率。

Research and Application of Transport Monitoring System Based on FCS for Tram in Coal Mine Well
Abstract:It's mainly depended on the "Signal-Centralization-Block System" in coal mine underground monorail locomotive transportation and scheduling.Through discussion of the "Signal blocking" technology application and development,proposed one kind of monorail locomotive transport monitoring system based on the FCS model in coal mine underground.By using Q series PLC and CCLink field bus,transport monitoring system has been established,which helps to realize tram transport of real-time monitoring and automatic scheduling.This system has been successfully applied to Shanmushu Coal Mine in Yibin,and effectively avoided traffic accidents in coal mine well and improved transportation efficiency.
