齐大山铁矿爆破优化试验研究

摘    要:齐大山铁矿随着开采条件和地质条件的变化,原有的爆破参数已不能适应爆破生产的要求.为此,通过力学试验确定典型岩石的力学性能参数.根据不同岩石的力学性能,建立齐大山铁矿爆破定量评价体系.通过爆破效果定量评价确定块度分布曲线,改变以前对爆破效果只有定性而没有定量评价的缺点,随着爆破参数不断优化,爆破质量不断提高.

Abstract:With the change in the mining conditions and geological conditions in Qidashan Iron Mine, the original blasting parameters can not meet the requirements of blasting. Therefore, a quantitative blasting evaluation of Qidashan Iron Mine is established based on the mechanical properties of various kinds of rocks and the mechanical parameters of typical rocks determined by chemical test. The quantitative evaluation and determination of the fragment distribution curve is made according to the blasting effect, thus eliminating the deficient in the former blasting effect evaluation that has only qualitative but no quantitative devaluation. With the continuous optimization of blasting parameters, the blast quality can be also continuously improved.
