| 摘 要： | 该文在借鉴JPEG2000的基础上,提出了一种在基本JPEG系统中实现感兴趣区域的编解码方法,并在VC6.0中实现。实验结果证明该方法是切实可行的,既提高了压缩比又增强了感兴趣区域的图像质量。

| Abstract: | A method to realize the image coding based on ROI which can be used in normal JPEG system is introduced on the reference of JPEG2000.The method is realized in VC6.0and is proved to be effective by the experiment results.It improves the compression ratio and the image quality of ROI. |
