同济大学文远楼改造工程——历史保护建筑的生态节能更新

摘    要:具有包豪斯建筑风格的同济大学文远楼是中国优秀现代保护建筑的典范之一,白建成以来一直作为教学建筑使用。经过50多年的使用文远楼不仅年久失修,也不能满足节能环保的要求。2005年同济大学决定对文远楼进行更新改造,已于2007年5月完工。与先进国家节能技术专家合作,此次改造成立了一个非常全面的技术梯队,运用了当代最新的建筑节能技术,完成了一套综合节能建筑技术系统,为我国保护建筑的节能更新改造建立了一个典范。文章介绍了10项生态节能改造技术。

Abstract:With its rerearkable Bauhaus Style the Wen Yuan Building on the Campus of Tongji University is one of the most significant preserved buildings of modern architecture in China. It was used as teaching building. During the years it was out of maintenance and could not match the demand of energy saving. In 2005,Tongji University decided to renovate t and the renovation was finished in May 2007. A comprehensive team of respective faculties with foreign experts was set up. Using new energy saving technologies, a systematic energy saving concept has been worked out, t established an model project for building preservation as well as energy efficiency of building renovation.Ten technical solutions used in this project will be discussed in this paper.
