| Abstract: | Together with the increasing MA and Reorganization of diverse industries in China,a new era of oligopoly is approaching.The economical transformation in Shanghai demonstrates the continuous establishment of industry leaders instead of economy of scale.Oligopolists in the domestic and international market accelerate the upgrading of the local industry chain effectively and play an important role in the global competition increasingly. |
