| 摘 要： | 本文提出未来完整的体育过程,从人体新陈代谢变化规律分析看,它不仅包括现行通过运动(教学与锻炼)消耗人体的异化过程,而且还包括运动后恢复养护人体的同化过程,并着重从历史发展入手,论证了本文提出的整体的体育观念和完整的体育过程结构的形成是世界教育、科技等发展的必然产物。

| Abstract: | The complete physical training process in future includes not only modern body health training process to consume the body strength by training but also the restored and nourished process to strengthen the body health after training, and it expounds and proves that the complete physical training and process structure discussed in this article are the inevitable results of modern education with the development of science and technology up-to-date. |
