摘    要:莱钢4^#750m^3高炉煤气净化采用全干法布袋除尘,系统由布袋除尘、集灰输灰、冷却、管路阀门、控制系统等组成,在应用过程中对卸灰系统和灰仓进行了改进优化。应用实践表明,净煤气含尘量保持在1.2~3.3mg/m^3且质量好,单座高炉年可降低电耗449万kW.h,节约洗涤水460万t,效益达1500.4万元。

Abstract:The full dry bag process is adopted to clean blast furnace gas at Laigang 4~# 750m~3 BF. The system is composed of bag filter, dash collecting and transporting, cooling, pipeline and valve, controlling system etc. The ash discharging system and ash storehouse are improved in the application process. The practice has shown that the dust content in net gas remain in 1.2~3.3mg/m~3 and the net gas has good quality, the power consumption can reduced by 4.49 million kW.h of one BF, and can save washing water 4.60 million ton, the economic benefit can reach to 15 million Yuan.
