基于特征相似性的夹具变型设计方法研究

摘    要:针对基于实例推理的设计方法实例修改自动化程度较低的情况,对夹具实例自动化修改中的变型设计过程进行了研究。为了适应夹具变型设计,在对夹具元件信息进行完整描述的基础上,提出了基于特征套件的夹具模型描述方法。以此模型为基础,通过对工序件特征的相似性比较和对约束完整性的求解,在几何推理的基础上实现了基于特征的夹具自动化变型设计。该方法可以用于实例自动重用问题,为夹具自动化设计探索了一种新途径。

Abstract:Aiming at-the low level of automation of case retrieval in case- based design, the variant design used in case-based fixture design was studied in detail. To fit the variant design of fixture,the feature socket model of fixture was presented based on the full-information of fixture parts. Based on this model ,feature based fixture automotive variant design was realized based on geometry reasoning. In this process, the similarity of feature was compared and constraints was solved. The automotive reuse of cases can be realized by the method that explores a new way for automotive design of fixture.
