轴承套圈自动分离冲床设计

摘    要:该冲床能完成608 ̄6202轴承系列的内外圈冲裁分离加工,加工速度20 ̄30套/min。加工程序完全由PLC自动控制,配有自动送出料装置,能自动分选内圈、外圈及废料。对同类机床的设计具有指导意义。

Abstract:This newly designed punch machine can automatically separate the inner and outer ferrules form 608 to 6202 bearing series, and can process 20 to 30 sets per minute at least. It's machining process programme is completely controlled by PLC. Armed with automatically giving and fetching material devices, this punch machine automatically and selectively separated the inner ferrules, outer ferrules and the wastes.It can provide some instructions for desigening the similar machines.
