| Abstract: | Function, characteristics and system of binders used for metal injection molding, development of debinding technology and effect on product properties are outlined. Improvement of binder system and research into reasonable debinding technology are key points of metal injection molding. The new binder will be the binder friendly to the environment with good moldability and quick debinding rate. |
