Abstract:BHU-2D interferometric synthetic aperture radiometer is a two-dimensional radiometer prototype developed by Electro-Magnetic Engineering Lab of BeiHang University, it works at the 8mm wave band and consists of ten antennas and receiver elements arranged with T-shaped array. Aiming to image in the lab environment, computer simulation of FFT reverse algorithm and G-matrix reverse algorithm are carried out respectively . In the simulation, impact of calibration remainder errors in FFT reverse algorithm is analyzed, and impact of distance error and visibility measure errors in G-matrix reverse algorithm are analyzed. At last, image experiment of the U shaped man-made target is carried out. The experiment results are consistent with the simulation results, and show that in the BHU-2D interferometric synthetic aperture radiometer, FFT reverse algorithm is more practicable and robust than the G-matrix reverse algorithm.
