氟化锰去除氯化锰溶液中镁的研究

摘    要:用氟化锰脱除氯化锰溶液中的镁,考查溶液中的Mn浓度、Mg浓度、MnF2用量系数、PAM絮凝剂类型及用量、沉淀絮凝温度和沉淀时间等对沉降速率、渣过滤性能和除镁率等的影响。结果表明:只有当镁浓度≤3g/L时,才可顺利地去除镁,适宜条件为:MnF2用量系数1.1,非离子型PAM絮凝剂用量每克镁0.01~0.02g,沉淀絮凝温度80℃,沉淀时间60min。

Abstract:Magnesium was removed from manganese chloride solution with manganese fluoride.The effects of Mn concentration,Mg concentration,MnF2 consumption factor,type and dosage of PAM flocculant,precipitation and flocculation temperature and precipitation time on magnesium removing process such as settling velocity,filtration performance of slag,and removal rate of magnesium were investigated.The results indicate that magnesium could be removed successfully only when Mg concentration is ≤3 g/L,the optimum conditions are that MnF2 consumption factor is 1.1,non-ionic PAM flocculant is adopted and its dosage is 0.01~0.02 g per gram magnesium,precipitation and flocculation temperature is 80 ℃,and the precipitation time is 60 min.
