摘    要:在分析飞机钣金制造知识及重用过程的基础上设计了钣金制造知识重用Agent模型,包括感知器、通讯器、信息处理器、知识检索器和知识更新器。面向飞机钣金零件制造模型设计、工艺性评估、工艺指令设计和成形模具设计过程构建了基于Agent的飞机钣金制造知识重用的体系结构。研究了基于黑板系统的钣金制造工程设计系统与知识库之间的集成方法,提出了J2EE通用服务器集成Agent容器的方式实现知识重用Agent的方法。以钣金零件可加工性评估实例说明了飞机钣金制造知识重用过程。分析表明:通过知识重用Agent可以有效地实现钣金制造知识库和应用系统的松耦合集成,提高系统的可移植性。

Abstract:The knowledge reuse agent structure which consists of a detector,a communicator,a message processor,and knowledge retrieval and updating components is designed based on the analysis of aircraft sheet metal part manufacturing knowledge and its reusing processes.The agent-based knowledge reuse system architecture is built,inluding manufacturing-oriented model definition,manufacturability evaluation,fabrication order design and die design.Blackboard system is adopted to integrate the knowledge base and the engineering system used in sheet metal part manufacturing.Knowledge reuse agents are developed based on incorporation of J2EE container and agent container.The agent-based knowledge reuse process is explained by machinability evaluation of a sample aircraft part.Analysis shows that the application of knowledge reuse agents realizes loose coupling integration between knowledge base and manufacturing application system and improves portability.
