复杂地质情况工程顶管掘进机的选型分析

摘    要:顶管工程施工成败的主要因素很大一部分来自于顶管掘进机的选型,掘进机选择不当将导致顶管施工无法推进、工期滞后、掘进机头报废于地层之中等情况,造成巨大的经济损失。结合工程实际,综合考虑工程地质情况、水文地质情况、造价、工期、安全及环境保护等因素,在复杂地质情况下进行顶管掘进机的选型,探讨了掘进机刀盘破碎工具的选择、布置与更换。

Abstract:Pipe jacking construction depends on the type selection of pipe jacking machine.Improper selected machine will lead to pipe jacking construction stopping,time lagging,excavating head scraping in stratum with huge economic losses.Combing with the engineering geological condition,hydrogeological condition,cost,time limit,safety and environmental protection,pipe jacking machine under the complex geological conditions is sort out.Selection,layout and replacement of cutting wheel broken tools for the boring machine are put forward.
