柴油机机油标尺座冲压工艺分析与复合模设计

根据机油标尺座锥形、带凸缘、底部通孔的旋转体特点，进行了不同加工方法的工艺分析。对该零件在一副模具上实现落料、拉伸、冲孔、翻边4道工序一次冲压成形的工艺参数进行了分析确定。同时还介绍了此复合模结构的设计思路和工作过程以及在设计中应当注意的几点问题。对同类产品的工艺确定及模具设计具有借鉴作用。

Technological Analysis and Design of Compound Die for Diesel Engine Machine Oil Scale Frame

According to the machine oil scale frame features that it is cone-shape, belt flange, through hole in base and revolving solid, the process of different machining were analyzed, the parameters of one die that it can blanking, drawing, punching and flanging, were analyzed and confirmed, and the four working procedure stamping forming at one time. Simultaneously, several questions and various design solutions in the compound dies structure design were also introduced. it is very usefull to similar product＇ s process and die design.
