| 摘 要： | R73作为连铸夹送辊用钢,探伤要求非常严格。因试制给定的化学成分范围较宽,又有严格的力学性能的要求,为此我们做了大量的调研之后,重新制定了内控化学成分,严格按照工艺组织生产,成功试制出了R73钢。

| Abstract: | Rigid crack detection should be done to Steel R73 as it is a material used for continuous casting pinch roll.Due to a widely range of chemical composition given to the trial-manufacture,as well as a strictly requirement to the mechanical property,the internal control chemical composition have been re-framed after large researches we've done.Producing in the way of technics structure,steel R73 was successfully produced. |
