巨磁电阻效应在国防领域中的应用

摘    要:近年来在Fe/Cr/Fe等非晶和纳米晶丝带中发现了巨磁电阻效应,由于其灵敏度高等特点,因而在磁传感器技术中有巨大的应用前景,受到国内外专家的广泛关注.对基于巨磁电阻效应的传感器的工作原理、特性及研究现状进行了综述,展望了巨磁电阻效应在国防领域可能的广泛应用.

Abstract:Giant magnetoresistance effects have been discovered in Fe/Cr/Fe amorphous and Nan crystalline wires.These effects have giant sensitivity.Close attention has paid to it by scholars in lot s of countries,since their great promising prospects in the application of sensor technology.The basic characteristics,operating principle are reviewed in this paper.This paper advances in the future,the application of giant magnetoresistanc effects in national defence area.
