| Abstract: | With the intensive competition of telecommunication markets, operators need transforming to information service providers and ICT services are critical. Based on the current framework of telecommunication operation, it applies industry standards and best practice to analyze the features and requirements of IT outsource services,and then provides new framework of IT outsource services oneration for telecommunication transformation and its key factors. |
