单片机实现大容量数据存贮

摘    要:设计了单片机使用串行接口闪速存储器AT45DBO41B实现大容量数据存贮,包括硬件接口和软件流程。其主要特点是硬件简单、软件通用性强、成本低、数据存贮可靠性高并节省控制线。通过使用该芯片可使单片机具有大于4MB的外部数据存贮空间,是单片机实现大容量存贮的有效手段。

Abstract:A SCM device that can store large-capacity data was developed with a series interface flash memory AT45DBO41B.The hard interface and software flow of the device is described.The device is characterized by simple hardware,universal software,low cost,high data storage dependability and fewer control lines.A SCM can achieve more than 4 MB's exterior data storage space by using this CMOS chip,which is an effective way to implement big storage of a SCM.
