| 摘 要： | 仪表的数据处理、分析等功能有限,但PC的数据处理、报表和画图、打印等功能非常强大,因此通常需要将数据传输到PC中,利用PC来实现测量数据的处理与分析.结合便携式表面粗糙度测试仪的设计,基于RS232和VB的MSComm控件,设计了便携式仪表和PC之间实现串行通讯的硬件接口和通讯程序,并对PC上的数据处理分析、图形显示、报表等程序设计进行了设计,该程序已经调试通过并运用于实践中.

| Abstract: | As the function of data processing and analyzing of meter is limited,but on the contrary,the function such as data processing,analyzing,drawing curves,printing and reporting of PC is strong.Therefore,the meter always needs to transfer data to PC and uses it to process and analyze the measure data.According to the design of portable surface rough meter,the text designs the serial port communication and hardware interface between portable meter and PC based on RS232 and the component of VB,and then designs the program of data processing and analyzing,curves displaying and reporting,the program is debugged and used in practice. |
