烧碱-AQ法芦苇浆低二氧化氯用量的无元素氯漂白

摘    要:进行了烧碱—AQ法芦苇浆低二氧化氯用量的DQP漂白的研究,并与常规的CEH漂白结果作了比较。研究结果表明,芦苇浆经DQP流程漂白,当ClO2的有效氯用量为1.5%(折合ClO2用量为0.57%),H2O2用量为3.0%时,在优化条件下可达到85%ISO的白度。与CEH漂白浆相比,DQP漂白浆的白度稳定性较好,粘度和强度较高,DQP漂白废水的污染负荷比CEH漂白废水的污染负荷低很多。

Abstract:Low chlorine dioxide charge DQP bleaching of reed soda-AQ pulp has been studied, and a comparison of bleaching results, pulp strength and effluent characteristics of reed soda-AQ pulp between DQP and CEH sequences has been done. The results indicate that reed pulp can be bleached to the brightness of 85%ISO by DQP sequence under optimal conditions (ClO 2 charge 0.57%, H 2O 2 charge 3.0%). Compared with CEH bleached pulp, DQP bleached pulp has better brightness stability, higher pulp viscosity, better strength properties and lower pollution loads.
