| 摘 要： | 本文针对WCDMA3步小区搜索特点提出了具体结构模型征与实现算法，该模型结构简单，便于算法的灵活实现，文章对其进行了性参分析，得到了3步小区搜索性能表达式，并且通过仿真实验确定了典型城市环境下算法所用参数。
