| 摘 要： | 运用模糊数学综合评判的理论与方法，对影响投标决策的的各项因素进行模糊评估。建立支护方案的指标体系，运用综合分析法确定了相应的权重，从而将指标因素的不确定性进行定量化，通过数据处理，得到一个科学的客观的定量的评估系统。实例分析表明，模糊综合评价进行投标决策的方法是可行的、有效的。

| Abstract: | The text evaluated the factors of bid decision by the theories and method of fuzzy mathematics.A index system for supporting version was established.The weighting of index was set up with comprehensive analysis .The uncertainty of the index factors was quantified,and get a scientific, external, quantitative system by data processing.The case study showed that fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was reasonable and effective,and can be referred to practical engineering. |
