摘    要:本文简要介绍了国内外铀资源勘探概况及主要特点,分析了世界铀资源探明储量和潜力,核燃料的生产、消费和供应,铀资源对世界核电的保障能力情况。特别是根据我国核电未来发展对铀资源需求进行了预测及保障情况进行了论述,提出了加大国内铀资源勘查、保障核燃料供应的政策意见:1)加大铀资源勘查力度,最大限度利用现有力量加大投入,立足国内满足核电发展对铀资源的需求;2)对现有铀资源管理体制进行改革,吸收有条件企业参与勘查开发;3)积极开发国外铀资源,尽可能使用一部分国外开发或进口的铀资源;4)通过降低铀资源同位素尾料丰度,提高天然铀利用率;5)发展新一代核电技术如快堆技术,提高铀资源综合利用效果。

Abstract:This paper gives a brief introduction to the exploration of global uranium resources, and analyzes the explored reserve and potential of uranium, production, consumption and supply of nuclear fuel, and the guarantee of uranium resources to the world’s nuclear power. According to China’s demands of uranium resources to develop the nuclear power, the paper presents a strategy to increase the exploration of uranium resources to guarantee the nuclear power development, including five aspects: to enhance input on the exploration based on the existing situation so as to meet the internal demands of uranium resources; to reform the management system of uranium resources to let competent units involve in uranium exploration and development; to develop the foreign uranium resources and to use the exported uranium; to increase the utilization rate of natural uranium by means of decreasing the concentrate in the isotope wastes; and to develop the new nuclear power technology and to improve the comprehensive utilization of uranium resources.
