一种改进型ZCS-PWM变换器的仿真研究

摘    要:提出一种改进型Buck ZCS-PWM变换器,分析其工作原理并进行了仿真。该变换器以恒频方式工作,直流传输比简单,负载特性良好,主管与辅助管可实现零电流开关,与传统的ZCS-PWM变换器相比具有更好的可靠性,仿真研究结果与理论分析相一致。

Abstract:An improved Buck ZCS - PWM converter was presented in this paper, in which the functions were simulated. The converter worked at a constant frequency with simple DC transmission ratio and excellent load characteristics. Zero current could be implemented by the main switch and the assistant switch. It proved to be more reliable than the traditional ZCS - PWM converters in both academic analysis and simulation results.
