深井高应力复合顶板巷道支护技术应用研究

摘    要:平煤股份十矿已15-24080运输巷埋深大,地应力高,顶板条件复杂,传统支护技术很难满足要求,并且修复率偏高.根据该区域特殊的地质条件,基于围岩破坏机理,优化设计了支护工艺,验证了在深井高应力复合顶板条件下“锚索+锚杆+钢带+金属网”联合支护技术的可靠性与经济性.

Abstract:The buried depth of Ⅵ15-24080 transport roadway is very deep in Pingdingshan No.10 Coal Mine,the stress is high,and geological conditions of roof are compound,the traditional supporting technology is difficult to meet the requirements,and the repair rate of roadway is very high.According to the special geological conditions of this area,based on the theory of surrounding rock deformation,new technics was designed based on the optimization of former supporting technics.The reliability and economical efficiency of combined supporting technology using bolting and shotcreting with wire mesh and steel belt under the condition of compound roof with high stress were proved.
