| 摘 要： | 外层为冷硬铸铁，内层为球墨铸铁的球芯轧辊，应用于热轧薄板(矽钢)轧机的工作辊和平整辊。球芯轧辊的制造方法有：冲洗法和离心法。高合金常法复合和离心复合球芯轧辊，可防止辊边爆裂和提高轧辊耐用性，在热轧薄板平整机上应用，其寿命提高10倍以上。

| Abstract: | A kind of ball core roller which outer layer is hard cast iron , inner layer is spheroidal graphite cast iron , is applied on working roller and unknit roller of rolling mill that is used to make heat roll lamella. The manufacturing methods conclude swill and centrifugal mode. Ball core roller which made by means of high alloy complex method and centrifugal casting, can prevent crack on boundary of roller, increase wear resistant ability , and its serving life is increased by 9 times. |
