滩海人工岛安全监测技术研究

摘    要:通过对冀东南堡1-3号人工岛围堤吹填工程四个观测断面的原型监测,论述了对该类具有水深大,吹填高度高,吹填区域软土地基强度低等特点人工岛的安全监测技术。在设计的吹填进度下,地基中的超静孔隙水压力、沉降速率和土体侧向水平位移值均在安全许可范围内,地基未出现破坏或失稳征兆。认为采用海底铺设软体排,袋装砂重力式斜坡堤结构作围堤,岛心吹填砂形成的结构设计方案是可行的。通过对人工岛附近水域的冲淤观测,动态掌握一定范围内的堤外滩地在施工过程中的冲淤变化,以便及时采取措施,保障工程安全。取得的研究成果对类似工程具有指导意义。

Abstract:By prototype monitoring for four observation cross sections of 1-3 Nanpu artificial island projects,the safety monitoring technology is discussed here for the man-made island with the properties as large water depth,high filling height,low intensity of weak foundation and so on.Under the reclaiming progress in design,the excess pore water pressure,settlement rate and soil lateral displacement values in the foundation are all in the context of safety limit,there appear no signs of damage or instability.So,it is believed that it is feasible to reclaim by hydraulic filling in island through laying the submarine mattresses and bagged sand embankment.At the same time,through monitoring for erosion and deposition,the changes of erosion and deposition in construction are controlled dynamically,so as to take measures timely to ensure engineering safety.The research results mentioned here could provide the guidance for similar projects.
