Fe_3Al-Mn合金的电化学腐蚀特性

摘    要:为考察Mn对Fe3Al金属间化合物耐蚀性能的影响,测定了四种成分的合金在三种介质中的电化学腐蚀特性,并对其微观机理进行了初步分析.结果表明,Mn的加入对Fe3Al基合金在三种介质中的腐蚀类型无显著影响;试验合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中以点蚀为主要特征,伴有缝隙腐蚀;在1N的NaOH和0.5N的H2SO4溶液中以均匀腐蚀为主,在0.5N的H2SO4中还伴有点蚀;当Mn的加入量适当(不致引入新相)时,可使试验合金在3.5%NaCl和0.5N的H2SO4溶液中的腐蚀速度显著降低

Abstract:The effect of Mn on the electrolytics corrosion bahavior of Fe 3Al alloys has been studied in 3 5% NaCl,0 5N H 2SO 4 and 1N NaOH aqueous solution .The results have indicated that the main corrosion features of the test alloys are pit corrosion with crevice corrosion in 3 5% NaCl solution;while in 0 5N H 2SO 4 and 1N NaOH solution, the main feature is homogeneous corrosion with a little pit corrosion .When the volume of Mn is appropriate ,the corrosion speed of the test alloys in 3.5% NaCl and 0.5N H 2SO 4 aqueous solution will decrease obviously. The effect of Mn on the corrosion type is not obvious.
