| 摘 要： | 介绍了因水泥安定性不良导致的原有基础不能满足设计要求的加固处理，通过桩土复合地基托换技术有效的解决了承载力传递问题，着重研究了采用的科学处理方法和如何利用原有基础，为类似工程设计与施工积累了经验。

| Abstract: | The reinforcement treatment that the original foundation can not satisfy the design requirement resulted from the poor stability of the cement is introduced,based on the pile-soil composite foundation underpinning technology,the capacity transmission problems are solved effectively,scientific treatment methods and how to utilize original foundation is studied emphatically,which accumulates experiences for similar project design and construction. |
