摘    要:对山东铝业公司热电厂75 t/h锅炉水膜除尘器进行了喷淋——旋流板塔脱硫除尘一体化改造研究,使其在保持原有水膜除尘器特点和功能的情况下增加其脱硫功能,提高除尘效率。通过实验对铝行业利用废碱液脱硫除尘(以废治废)的可行性进行了探讨。热电厂的实际应用表明改造方案是经济的,技术上是可行的,脱硫效率80%以上,除尘效果达98%以上,为以废治废提供了参考依据。

Abstract:This paper studies the integration transformation for desulfuration and dedusting of the spraying and cyclone plate tower in the 75 t/h boiler's water membrane dusters of the Heat Power Plant of Shandong Aluminium Industry Company. While keeping the former features and functions, the water membrane dusters added the function of desulfuration and enhanced the efficiency of dedusting. The feasibility of using the used lye to desulfurate and to dedust is studied in the aluminum industry by the experiments. The practice in the Heat Power Plant shows that the reconstruction plan is economical and feasible in the technology. The desulfuration efficiency can be over 80%and the dedusting efficiency can be over 98%. This gives a reference to the utilization of the waste.
