摘    要:基于扩散效应及暗辐射强度对温度的依赖关系,研究了温度对有偏压光伏光折变晶体中高斯光束自偏转特性的影响.将高斯光束作为入射类孤子波,采用数值方法求解含扩散项的波传播方程.结果表明,当晶体的温度在一定的范围内变化时,光束中心沿一抛物线轨迹偏转,并且光束中心偏转距离随温度的增加而增加,在一个特定温度处达到最大值,之后随温度的增加而减小.当温度发生足够大的变化时,高斯光束将不稳定甚至崩溃.通过调节晶体的温度能改变高斯光束的自偏转.

Abstract:Temperature effect on the self-deflection of Guassian beam in photofractive crystal is investigated by taking into account the temperature dependence of both diffusion effect and dark irradiation.Taking the Gaussian beam as the solitary beam,numerically solving the beam propagation equation in which the diffusion term has been taken into account,it is found that the center of the Guassian beam moves along a parabolic trajectory and,moreover the bending distance of the Guassian beam center increases first,re...
