摘    要:聚合物溶液的黏度是聚合物在油田应用中的重要指标,提高对聚合物黏度损失分布及规律的认识,有利于提高溶液配注质量,确保聚合物驱油效果。通过对以往多次聚驱黏损数据进行调查,可知单井管线造成的黏损在5%~20%之间,平均黏损为9.8%。单井管线黏损成因复杂,与还原性物质、细菌种类与数量、管线内壁污油悬浮物、管线长度、运行时间等有较大关系,因此着重从Fe2+、管线运行时间等方面对单井管线黏损影响因素及防治方法进行研究,采取相应的治理对策,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The viscosity of polymer solution is an important index of polymer application in oilfields.Enhancing the understanding of the distribution and law of polymer viscosity loss is conducive to im-proving the quality of solution injection and ensuring the effect of polymer flooding.According to the investigation of previous polymer flooding viscosity loss data,the viscosity loss of a single well pipeline is between 5%and 20%,with an average of 9.8%.The causes of viscosity loss of single well pipelines are complex,and have a great relationship with reducing substances,bacteria species and quantity,oil suspension in the inner wall of the pipeline,pipeline length,operation time,etc.Therefore,the influence factors and prevention methods of single well pipeline viscosity loss were studied from Fe2+,pipeline operation time and other aspects,the corresponding treatment measures were taken,and good results were achieved.
