Abstract:The traditional simulation model of BLDCM(Brushless Direct Current Motor)based on mechanism can’t accurately simulate the real motor. By analyzing the mathematical model of BLDCM and introducing fractional calculus on the basis of the integer order model of mechanism modeling,this paper proposes a new model of BLDCM by combining mechanism modeling with digital modeling. The mechanism simulation model of BLDCM is firstly constructed by establishing the experimental platform. Then,the parameters of fractional-order model are identified based on an output-error technique. And finally the fractional-order model of BLDCM is constructed. The experimental results show that the fractional order model is better than the integer order model in simulating the speed of real motor.
