油田地面系统数字化建设虚拟技术应用

摘    要:针对喇嘛甸油田数字化建设难度大、投资高、建设周期长,以及难以满足数字化建设的需求等问题,提出以站场虚拟场景进行数字化管理。以系统主体网络为骨干,采用精确的地形测绘及站库三维建模技术,实现地面系统虚拟场景的建立,以此为基础建立地面系统数字化管理平台,并将地面系统矢量图、地面设施的精准图文信息与动静态生产数据、二维线划图、三维场景相结合,实现了油田实体在虚拟世界的展现。应用数字化管理平台,开展采油厂大中型站库集中监控、无人值守,地面系统的区域优化简化,以及生产设施运行管理等,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:In view of the difficulties of digital construction of Lamadian Oilfield,high investment,long construction period,and difficulty in meeting the needs of digital construction,this paper proposes to use station virtual scene for digital management.With the main network of the system as the backbone,the virtual scene of the ground system is established through accurate topographic mapping and station library three-dimensional modeling technology.On this basis,the digital management platform of the ground system is established.The vector map of ground system and the accurate graphic information of ground facilities are combined with dynamic and static production data,two-dimensional line drawing and three-dimensional scenes to realize the display of oilfield entities in the virtual world.The digital management platform has been applied to carry out the"centralized monitoring and unattended"of oil plant large and medium-sized stations and depots,the regional optimization and simplification of the ground system,and the operation management of production facilities,which has achieved good social and economic benefits.
