摘    要:纳滤膜技术既可以高效去除水中超标离子和有机污染物,又可以保留水中对人体有益的部分矿物元素,已应用于市政饮用水深度处理中,目前国内的案例中,纳滤与水厂其他工艺流程的出水会在清水池混合勾兑后出厂.文中通过对已建成纳滤水厂项目进行调研与统计,总结了纳滤水厂应用的4类水源水质特征,并列举了常见的工艺系统.同时,建立了两级评估指...

Abstract:Nanofiltration(NF)technology has been widely used in drinking water advanced treatment.It can not only effectively remove excessive ions and organic pollutants in water,but also retain beneficial mineral elements.In the current cases at home,the effluent water from NF and other processes of water plants are mixed in the dear pool before leaving the factory.The characteristics of four types of source water and process system are summarized through the investigation and statistics of the completed NF plants.A secondary evaluation index system is established,and the operation effect and economic analysis of engineering application cases are discussed.NF membrane technology has obvious effect and advantage on water quality improvement.The recovery rate of the system is mostly in the range of 77%~85%.The removal rate of divalent ion and TOC can reach more than 90%and 85%respectively.The overall technical level is comparable to the international level.The operating cost is between 0.3~1.0 yuan/m3.Usually the higher the degree of localization,the lower the cost of construction and operation.Finally,the development tendency of NF technology was prospected,and the technical problems needing further study were put forward.
