保护储层射孔液技术在吉格森、哈南、阿南油田的应用

摘    要:针对吉格森、哈南和阿南油田在射孔作业过程中普遍采用2%KCl水溶液作射孔液,未按储层特征对射孔液体系进行改变和调整,对储层造成一定程度的损害.通过分析3个油田储层特征及地层流体矿化度,查明了敏感性及潜在损害因素,室内对保护储层射孔液配方进行了优选和性能评价实验,确定了吉格森、哈南和阿南油田的保护储层射孔液配方.经在8口井应用表明,该套射孔液体系具有较好的保护储层效果,处理剂配伍性良好,保护储层射孔液同地层水混合后无沉淀,岩屑滚动回收率均大于95%,岩心渗透率恢复值均大于80%,表皮系数全部小于0,堵塞比全部小于1,完善井达到100%,取得了很好的保护油气层效果.

Abstract:Aqueous solution of 21% of KCl is used as the perforating fluid in Gigesen, Hanan and Ananoilfields, and a certain damage is caused to the formation as no changes or modifications are made according to the formation characteristics. By analyzing the formation characteristics and formation fluid salinity of the 3 oilfields, the sensitivity damages and other potential damaging factors are determined. Laboratory optimization and performance evaluation of the perforating fluid formulas are carried out, and the suitable systems are determined for the 3 oilfields respectively. Field using in 8 wells show that this set of perforating fluid systems has good compatibility, no deposition is found when the perforating fluid is mixed with formation fluid. Good formation protection results are obtained, with 95% of cuttings rolling recovery, over 80% of core return permeability reached. Skin factors and plugging ratios are all below zero and one respectively. 100% of completely perforating wells are achieved.
