GSP粉煤气化技术引进方案的优化

摘    要:概述了GSP粉煤气化技术的特点,介绍了50万t/a合成氨项目中引进的GSP煤气化技术方案的优化情况:煤粉的研磨干燥制备采用国内制粉技术即可满足要求;煤粉的密相输送及气化需引进国外先进技术;粗煤气净化可借鉴、采用德士古工艺的分级净化;黑水处理系统可采用国内经过改进的德士古工艺的含渣黑水处理工序。通过以上优化方案,GSP煤气化技术的引进可节省投资,提高项目竞争力。

Abstract:The features of the GSP coal gasification technology was introduced in brief,and the optimization of the GSP coal gasification scenario for a 500 000t/a ammonia project was also expatiated.It is proposed that the Chinese technologies for coal milling,drying and preparation can be adopted,the dense phase transportation of the pulverized coal and coal gasification can be licensed from abroad,the crude gas purification can be classified into different stages,as for the black water treatment system,direct heat exchange between the steam which comes from the evaporation of the black water containing slag and the ash water shall be carried out to recover heat.Through the above optimizations,cost of licensing the GSP technology from abroad can be cut down,and the project can become more competitive.
