| 摘 要： | 与其他表面强化方法相比，铸渗工艺可使铸件在铸造过程中即可实现表面强化，具有工艺简单，成本低廉，硬化层深且耐磨性优良等特点。从成分，涂层，工艺出品率，厚度等方面分析了该方法工艺参数的选择，并对该工艺的发展方向作了探讨。

| Abstract: | Compare with other surface-strengthening process,the cast-penetrating process has some advantages including:surfacestrengthening can be realized during the cast process;the process is simple;hardening layer is deep and wear-resistance is excellent.The selection of composition,coating layer thickness was introduced,and the development direction was discussed. |
